VMC

Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) is an automatic, continuously operating system for air exchange: it draws air from utility rooms and releases it fresh, filtered air into the main rooms, after recovering much of the heat contained in the exhaust air. This way, air quality and temperature are controlled, limiting dispersion due to opening windows and the formation of pollutants. A poorly ventilated environment leads to higher humidity, which favors the formation and concentration of mold, mites, etc.
